Brittany is a seasoned hospitality management professional with over a decade of experience in cultivating events. Her journey began with a solid educational foundation at Sacramento State, setting the stage for a rewarding career in event production. Throughout her career, Brittany has left an indelible mark on the industry, working with prestigious organizations such as the Sacramento River Cats, the Sacramento Convention and Visitors Bureau, The Walt Disney Company, the Tennessee Titans, Forbes 4-Star rated hotels, ZipRecruiter, and SoFi Stadium.
Notably, Brittany's career has involved working closely with high-level C-Suite executives, helping craft their blue sky visions to exceptional experiences tailored to each client’s unique needs. She thrives on the art of creating personalized, unforgettable moments that make a lasting impact, a passion that has defined her professional journey.
Beyond her career, Brittany finds joy in spending quality time with her beloved nieces, Blakely and Tayler. They serve as a continuous source of inspiration, reinforcing the importance of creating extraordinary moments for those she cares about most. Originally from Brazil, Caio earned a degree in Communications and moved to the U.S. to work at Walt Disney World as a Guest Relations Ambassador and eventually met Aaron. In that role he honed his exceptional ability to understand and fulfill guest expectations, a skill he later leveraged to guide customer support operations in roles in the tech and startup sector. His adeptness at leading teams, streamlining processes, and enhancing customer interactions has equipped him with the tools to contribute significantly to the success of events.
Caio's creativity and problem-solving capabilities play a crucial role in creating seamless experiences for clients. His strategic mindset, nurtured through years of managing complex customer relationships, ensures that every aspect of an event is thoughtfully considered and expertly executed. With his broad skill set, Caio is integral to the company's mission to deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Aaron Tochini
Co-Founder
Aaron is a distinguished event professional with a career that spans over a decade including significant roles at Disney Parks, Omni Hotels, and other companies. His experience encompasses every angle of event management, from strategic planning to operational execution, ensuring each event's success down to the finest detail.
Serving as the Chief of Staff & Director of Events for a major industry association, Aaron coordinates landmark conferences and manages a vast array of projects. His experience is further enhanced by his achievements in food and beverage operations and hospitality, where he led diverse teams to create events that consistently surpassed client expectations.
In this new venture, Aaron applies his vast knowledge and unique insights to offer a service that is as detail-oriented as it is creative. Emerald Ave Productions is the culmination of extensive expertise, promising not only to plan but to craft bespoke events that engage and inspire.
